The International Defense Energy & Fuel Security (IDEFS) conference brings together the international military community to discuss the challenges they face in reducing energy and fuel consumption. ESTCP released a solicitation seeking proposals to demonstrate and validate technologies for treatment of perchlorate-contaminated groundwater used for drinking water in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. Pre-proposals are due January 20, 2011.
